With over 10 years of award-winning design work for international companies, I’ve worked with clients ranging from household names to local bank to your next-door neighbor, Mary…on digital products like websites & banner ads and print projects ranging from logos & presentations to t-shirts & end-cap displays, even a skateboard wheel. Whatever your design needs, if I’m not able to help you, I can definitely offer some advice on who to contact, what to ask for, and how much it could cost.

Trained in the Noya Rao lineage of Shipibo curanderismo, I’ve assisted on ayahuasca healing retreats working with plants, Spirit, and additional modalities to support people expanding their consciousness and regaining health.

Formerly known as Rebirthing, Clarity Breathwork is a gentle, yet powerful process of healing and transformation through practicing conscious, connected breathing.
Upledger Craniosacral Practitioner.
By complementing the body's natural healing processes, intuitively-guided sessions and a soft-touch approach work with your own “inner physician” to assist your body, mind and spirit to reach more optimal levels of being. This therapeutic technique uses 5 grams of pressure or less (about one teaspoonful of sugar) and visualization to release restrictions in the craniosacral system and improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
