I invite you to join me for a trauma-sensitive yoga class.

How a 75-Minute, Online Yoga Class via Zoom will flow: 

  • Welcome:  2-3 min (asking questions, settling in for the class, list of props you’ll need for class)

  • Guided Yoga Practice:  60 min (options & suggestions for a gentle, mindfulness-based class focused on what feels best for your body in the moment. All levels welcome + beginner-friendly.)

  • Savasana:  15-20 min (15-min meditation, close, welcome to stay for sharing & questions or leave immediately)
